Global International recently completed a successful valve overhauling project for Kuwait Oil Company (KOC), involving a 42” Trunnion Top Entry Ball Valve. The job included inspection, dismantling, weld repair, lapping, seat ring machining, replacement of internals (seats, O-rings, gaskets, and packing) and complete servicing of the pneumatic actuator. Final testing involved hydrostatic and pneumatic pressure tests as per standards, ensuring leak-free performance and operational reliability.
