Global International General Trading Company W.L.L. completed the erection of the
Stainless-Steel Dissolver Storage Tank for Train 3 of the Wara Pressure Maintenance project.
The tank was installed with the help of two mobile cranes of 54 and 130 Ton capacity. Global international was involved in the erection activities such as placing of the structure to the foundation(32 Anchor bolts), ensuring verticality of the bolts in order for the smooth placing of the structure and packing shims under the base plates to adjust verticality of the tank.

China Petroleum was the main contractor for the job with whom Global International had been working for more than three years on this project. Global was a key partner for CPECC in this project and had undertook precasting works, steel fabrication and installation works, painting works etc. Global had successfully completed other works such as pipe rack bracing/ strengthening works, pump foundation grouting works and flare area modification works in this project.

The installation works were a huge challenge taking into account that the 172 m3 capacity tank having a height and diameter of 8.8m and 5.5m respectively weighed 22 tons. China Petroleum highly commended Global Internationals efforts in successfully completing the works on a time bound manner.
